It is the express intent of this formal Request For Proposals (RFP) to acquire the services of a qualified firm to provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) under an annual contract, covering approximately 750 County, employees and their immediate families, and approximately Behavioral Health employees and their immediate families.
