Employee Assistance Program
Provide counseling, assessment, and/or referral services for a state-wide Employee Assistance Program. Provide intervention services for employee participants, family members, and management and/or other personnel. Services shall also include, but are not limited to, counseling in areas such as substance abuse, legal concerns, marital/family problems, financial problems, psychological/emotional problems, health-related problems, job performance problems, grief or other types of trauma counseling, weight management, smoking cessation, and stress management.
