Emma Store Historic Rehabilitation Project
Pitkin County is accepting proposals to provide Services for the Emma Store Rehabilitation Project, Phase 2, specifically defined as the construction of a new roof structure, augmentation of the existing remaining areas of roof structure; installation of a new roof membrane and flashing system; and the restoration of the brick walls and parapet.
