Emissions Testing Services
The Contractor agrees to provide emissions testing services for light-duty motor vehicles in full compliance with the provisions of the Rules of the Department of Environment and Conservation, Chapter 1200-3-29 Light-Duty Motor Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance rules in effect at the time a contract is awarded or as may be hereafter amended.
