Emergency System for Advanced Registration of Volunteer Health Professionals
The State is soliciting proposals for a Contractor to establish an Emergency System for the Advanced Registration of Volunteer Health Professionals (ESAR-VHP) program for the state. The Contractor will take the foundation of Nurse Alert System and expand it into ESAR-VHP to meet the federal requirements, per Pandemic and All-Hazards Preparedness Act (PAHPA).
