Emergency Restoration and Clean Up Services
Contractor shall respond to calls for cleaning and emergency cleaning and restoration services at County sites or sites of potential claimants against the County ("County Claimant") to be performed to the total expectation of the specifications. The County is requiring that the Contractor adhere to the specifications set forth and performs the requirements with expertise, knowledge and capability with minimal monitoring by the County. Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, superintendents, transportation, tools, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to perform the restoration services. Contractor shall respond to requests for service within thirty (30) minutes, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Contractor shall be on site within 90 minutes after receiving the call.
