Emergency Response for Storm Debris Removal and Disposal Services
Pre-bid meeting 11/23/2009.
The contractor shall furnish all equipment and labor necessary to remove, load, haul, and dispose of debris from designated rights-of-ways and channels from the result of any natural or man- made disaster or emergency situation (i.e., hurricane, tornado, severe weather event, etc.). Disposal includes all tipping landfill fees or any other fee which are related to disposing of the debris at an approved landfill.
(For one year beginning approximately January 1, 2010)
