The contractor shall provide a one-year manufacturer s warranty.
The Vendor shall provide all necessary materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and management to: (1) coordinate pick/up: (2) load and unload; (3) place/install in designated areas; (4) assemble items as required; (5) secure and store, as designated; and (6) properly dispose of all associated packing/crating materials.
The items listed above will be utilized and installed at the VA Medical Center located in Manchester, NH.
The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Priced contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsive offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the government in terms of price and other considered factors. The solicitation will be set aside for Small Businesses who have the capabilities to fulfill this requirement.

Solicitation 36C24119Q0527 will be available for download from FedBizOpps on August 14, 2019. The close date will be on August 21, 2019 at 9:00 AM EST time. Copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of the contract.
