Emergency Operations Center Functional Exercise
The City requires professional consulting services in support of OHS in the development and facilitation of an exercise for the City’s EOC. The exercise will be an operations based functional exercise and should be developed and executed in accordance with the Homeland Security Exercise Evaluation Program (HSEEP) guidelines.
