Attached is a Request for Proposal for Emergency Medical Services (EMS) training for the Fire Department. Presently the Fire Department's EMS training is provided in three (3), 4-hour training modules delivered across six-weeks each, during the winter months (November 1 - April 30.) All sworn personnel (approximately 418) attend for a total of 24 hours of continuing education training every Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification period.
