The City is accepting proposals from qualified Respondents to provide an Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Survey Service on a continual basis. The City is seeking a Respondent to conduct a survey among patients having received emergency medical response services from the City. The selected Respondent shall design and conduct a written survey in English and/or Spanish so that patients can indicate their level of satisfaction with medical response services.
