The purpose of this RFP is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified offerors to provide the City with Emergency
Management Software. This software increases the efficiency of response procedures and protocols, enhances the
proficiency of responder training, planning, and enhances emergency management, and operation coordination.
This software is also expected to have the capability of advanced interoperable communications.
