Emergency Management Conference Location and Services
The State seeks a Convention Center to host the 2013 Texas Emergency Management Conference for six (6) consecutive business days (two days of move in/setup preferably on a Saturday/Sunday (Day 1), with the conference running Monday/Tuesday (Day 2) through Thursday/Friday (Day 6). The historical average attendance has been approximately three thousand five hundred (3,500) people. The selected facility will assist in conference planning. The Department reserves the right to visit the Contractor's site to assure it is adequate and meets minimum requirements.
