The sole purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bid is to secure single fixed percentage discounts or markups from the current price list(s) indicated on the response pages, and establish a term contract for the purchase of emergency lighting for vehicles by manufacturer on an as needed basis for the County.

GENERAL
This contract shall not allow for the purchase of stand-alone equipment or components that are basic to the operation of the original unit.

The single fixed percentage discount or markup shall apply to all items within the price list.
