Emergency Generator Lease Agreement Services
The City is seeking bids for services of leasing, installation and maintenance of emergency generators at seven (7) existing water wells and five (5) existing booster stations associated with the City's water distribution system. The vendor shall sign a lease agreement with the City of to: 1) provide twelve (12) emergency diesel power generators, 2) install emergency generators and provide additional equipment, as needed, at each identified site, 3) install a load bank for routine startup O&M testing, 4) provide initial startup and testing under full-duty conditions (not limited to checking UPS batteries at each facility for SCADA backup every three months), 5) provide staff for quarterly operations, service and maintenance services, 6) provide itemized generator service checklist for work the vendor will perform, 7) provide service and maintenance services for the City's two future permanent emergency generators 8) provide service and maintenance services for the City's three existing portable emergency generators, 9) ensure compliance with all current regulatory requirements, 10) provide replacement generators within 24 hours in the event of inoperability determination/assessment repairs, 11) provide diesel fuel as needed and 12) provide training to the City's Operations staff.
