Emergency Food Storage
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contract Office 19 (NCO 19), on behalf of Salt Lake City VAMC, is seeking potential sources to provide emergency rations. The vendor must supply rations that will:
-Provide a minimum of 1052 calories per day for 7 days for 600 people
-Provide a minimum of 1231 calories per day for 7 days for 11 people of gluten free/vegetarian food.
-The shelf life must be at least 25 years (15 years for the gluten free).
