The City seeks the services of a qualified firm(s) to assist the City in its Emergency Debris Management Planning to provide the removal and lawful disposal of large volume disaster generated debris from public properties and public rights-of-way in order to eliminate immediate threats to life, public health and safety, and assist in the economic recovery to the City in the event of a natural or man made catastrophe.
