The University is seeking procurement of an outside contractor for emergency call center (ECC) services to supplement the existing capabilities and system that is in place. This contracted ECC would only be activated during long term, catastrophic type events. The supplier would need to be available 24/7, 365 days a year and require minimal notice for activation of services.
