The purpose of amendment 0005 is to incorporate FAR 52.211-11 "Liquidated Damages"(Attached).
No furthur questions will be accepted as of close of business today, June 23, 2014.
The final contract signed by the parties will include a 5-hour contractor response time should the back-up system not automatically start when the primary system suffers an unscheduled shut down. All scheduled shut downs of the primary system will be coordinated with the awardee to ensure advanced notification is given.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
