The City of Steamboat Springs, in partnership with the Bureau of Land Management, is soliciting proposals from qualified professional consultants to prepare a recreation management plan for the Emerald Mountain Special Recreation Management Area in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. This project is funded by a $30,000 grant from Great Outdoors Colorado.
