The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for Embroidery and Screen Printing Services for James Madison University, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia. This solicitation has the VASCUPP Contract Participation clause incorporated (see Attachment B, Special Terms & Conditions, D).
