Email list/marketing services
The organization seeks a full-featured, fully hosted email marketing/list service capable of
sending graphical HTML, rich media, and plain-text email messages on a regular basis, to a variety of lists from a
few thousand subscribers to hundreds of thousands or more. The ideal system would be have open, click-through
and conversion tracking; maintenance of multiple lists and/or groups; customizable design templates, quick and
easy import and export of large lists of emails and names; automatic handling and recording of data on soft and
hard email bounces, single-list and universal unsubscribes, spam analysis, and other state-of-the-art email
marketing features. The primary purpose is for one-way announcement emails, but we might find use for the
additional ability to host moderated or unmoderated discussion lists, where approved list members can reply to the
list by email.
