Design teams, led by an architect, qualified to work on historic structures and recreational facilities are invited to bid on providing planning, design, and permitting, Bid period and construction/commissioning period services for the rehabilitation/renovation and improvements to the CCC Beach House and area at Elmore State Park in Elmore, Vermont. This project is funded by State Capital funds appropriated to be put into construction quickly. Vermont State Parks is interested in contracting with a design team that can deliver services in the desired timeframe. The ability of the design team to meet the Secretary of the Interiors Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties (1995) will be key to success.
