Elk Permit Auction/Raffle
A. SCOPE OF SERVICES:
A.1. The Contractor shall provide all service and deliverables as required, described, and detailed by
this Scope of Services and shall meet all service and delivery timelines specified in the Scope of
Services section or elsewhere in this Contract.
A.2. Promote Tennessees Special Elk Take Permit during any convention, auction, or fund raising
event sponsored by the Contractor. The Contractor shall be responsible for all marketing and
advertising of the Special Elk Take Permit. The Contractor shall submit a marketing and
advertising plan to the State no later than February 10, 2010.
A.3. Ensure that the auction or raffle is conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
of the State of Tennessee, as well as the laws of the state where such event is held.
A.4 Conduct an auction or raffle of one (1) Special Elk Take Permit no later than August 15, 2010.
A.5. Transfer all proceeds minus _% (written number percent) retained for administrative purposes to
the State within sixty (60) days following the event and at least thirty (30) days prior to the
opening of the season, and (b) to provide the State with the name, address, and the physical
description of the individual to whom the Special Elk Take Permit is issued.
A.6. Any organization selected to conduct a permit auction or raffle shall abide by all applicable laws as well as the
laws of the state where such event is held.
