Eliminating Disparities in Perinatal Health
The Boston Public Health Commission is requesting proposals for the Boston Healthy Start Initiative (BHSI). Providers within the neighborhoods of Boston (Roxbury, Mattapan, Dorchester, South End, Hyde Park, and Jamaica Plain) are eligible to submit proposals. This RFP seeks proposals to support programs directed at improving birth outcomes for Black women and their infants using an enhanced case management model designed to address system fragmentation, and improve access to and coordination of OB/GYN and primary care.
