The awarded Contractor will have experience and expertise performing technical and business gap analyses, evaluating large scale technological systems relative to current state and federal health and human services needs and requirements, and providing recommendations for information technology system improvements. Finally, the Contractor will demonstrate the experience and expertise to facilitate the procurement and selection of one or more vendor(s) to design, develop, and implement the State’s future eligibility determination system.
