Elevator Modernization and Replacement, US Embassy Paris, France
The intent of this work is to modernize three (3) electric traction passenger elevators and replace four (4) electric traction passenger elevators, at three different locations in Paris, for the American Embassy Paris, France. The work shall be "turn-key" ready for the owner, meaning all elevator work and related work shall be completed by the contractor in accordance with regulatory safety requirements and manufacturer requirements prior to approval for passenger use. The work will also include a one (1) year (12 months) warranty.
License to perforam construction work in France is no-go requirement.
