Elevator Modernization and Maintenance Services for Miami-Dade Public Housing Agency-ARRA
The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for the purchase of modernization and maintenance services for geared traction and hydraulic passenger elevators at various locations for Miami-Dade Public Housing Agency. It is the Countys intention to provide modernization, maintenance and emergency services to these elevators previously maintained under existing County contracts. This contract is federally funded in the majority by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
