Contractor shall provide 24 hour, seven day per week Elevator Maintenance and Repair Services for the James H. Quillen Mountain Home VA Medical Center, Corner of Sidney & Veterans Way, Mountain Home, Tennessee 37684. Performance period shall be from the Date of Award through September 30, 2018 with four optional renewal periods of one (1) year each at the Government's discretion. The NAICS Code is 811310. Size Standard is $7.5 million. This will be 100% set-aside for Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB). The solicitation package will be available on or about May 29, 2017. Offer due date and time for proposal is included in the solicitation.
