USACE-SPL, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) has a requirement for an elevator maintenance service contract at our Arizona dam facilities. This requirement will be a Five (5) -Year Service Maintenance Contract to include a base year and four (4) option years. All services will be tracked through a Facilities and Equipment Maintenance System (FEM), Work Order (W/O) identifier. The Vendor will provide the following three services: Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMI), Testing and Certification (T&C) and Emergency Call-out (E-Call-out). The Vendor will inspect as well as perform troubleshooting as needed on the elevator systems main components, assemblies and sub-assemblies, ensuring the elevator systems are maintained in a safe and fully operational condition, or taken out of operation pending repair services. The Vendor's employees shall be highly skilled and provide certificate of proof of experience and training in the complete maintenance and repair of elevator systems. The Vendor shall provide all plant, labor, supervision, equipment and materials as required to perform the elevator services under this PBWS. The Vendor shall follow the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) A17.1, A17.2, A17.3 standards, 29 CFR the U. S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration System (OSHA), 1926 Construction Industry Regulations and The Engineer Manual (EM) 385-1-1 Safety and Health Requirements Manual. All documents listed above are available on line. The Vendor shall meet the Arizona State, Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health (ADOSH) requirements for elevator services and certification.
