Elevator Maintenance Services - FMC Rochester
The Federal Bureau of Prisons Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the provision Elevator Maintenance Services for the Federal Medical Center - Rochester, located in Rochester, Minnesota. It is anticipated that this RFQ will result in award of a single indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. Award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government. The successful contractor shall provide a full service elevator maintenance program. The contractor must possess at a minimum all applicable licenses, certifications per local, state and federal regulations. The contract shall consist of a 12 month base period and the possibility of four 12 month option periods. The solicitation will be available on or about July 02, 2014 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov.
