Elevator Maintenance / City
The Contractor shall provide all necessary elements including labor, equipment, materials, parts, tools, and vehicles necessary to perform full maintenance service and all annual inspections, including emergency power, fire service, weight testing, etc., as required by the City for elevator maintenance.
