B1.1LCRA requires elevator maintenance and repair for traction, hydraulic, and rack and pinion elevators. Contractor shall check the following types of elevators that they are able to provide maintenance and repairs for:
0 Traction Elevator
0Hydraulic Elevator
0Rack and Pinion Elevator
Contractor is responsible for furnish all supplies, materials, labor, labor supervision, tools, equipment, and lubricants necessary to provide full-preventative maintenance, safety inspections, annual full-load and no-load testing, adjustments, replacement, and repair of the complete vertical transportation systems.
