Elevator Inspections and Maintenance

The contractor shall perform an annual inspection (State NH Certification and Smoke detector Recall test) of all city maintained elevators and bi-monthly periodic inspections and Lubrications on each city maintained elevator and associated machinery in accordance with the elevator manufacturer's recommendations. The contractor will provide 24-hour emergency call out service to make repairs as required. All work to be accomplished in accordance with all federal, state and local laws.
