The Veteran Health Indiana (VHI) is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for semi and annual elevator Inspection and testing service at Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center on 1481 W 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202 and the Veteran House, 2669 Cold Springs Road, Indianapolis, IN. Request for Quote VA-250-17-Q-1238 will be issued on or before 9/21/2017.B Anticipated award date is October 1, 2017 for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be accepted.B The government is not responsible to make available paper copies.B Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the following e-mail address: olalekan.ismail@va.gov no later than September 25, 2017. Offerors are encouraged to attend the pre-bid walk through on September 8, 2017.
