Elevator Doors, 10

Vendor shall furnish and install 10 new hoistway swing door panel assemblies, Niagra Belco PE-750, or an acceptable alternate. 5 doors are located in each building. Existing elevators are CJ Anderson Geared Passenger Elevators, approximately from 1951-1953.

The doors are 39 1/2 inches +/- wide by 79 1/2 inches +/- tall (Contractor is required to verify).

Doors to be completely assembled with 1-1/2 hour "B" elevator approved fire labels. Door shall be 18 gauge steel, tack welded seams, galvanneal, paint ready. Existing door frames shall be reused. Doors shall be installed with 5" wide by 20" tall vision panel, IVES 7230F or acceptable alternate pivot hinges at top and bottom, type "N" interlock beak prep, LCN 4040 Super Smoothie closer, no alternate (provide proper door reinforcement), D handle pull on exterior, push plate on interior.
