Elevator Additions
Installation of a new elevator. The renovation work shall consist of but not limited to selective structure demolition, cast-in-place concrete, unit masonry, structural steel, steel joists, steel deck, metal fabrications, pipe and tube railings, interior architectural woodwork, bituminous damp proofing, penetration fire stopping, fire-resistive joint systems, joint sealants, hollow metal doors and frames, access doors and frames, door hardware, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board, tiling, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient base and accessories, resilient tile flooring, interior painting, fixed audience seating, electric traction elevators, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, electronic security and safety, site clearing and earth moving, drilled piers, and concrete paving.
