Elevator Addition and Renovation
The intent of the project is to remove the existing metal stairs with concrete landings from the basement to the fourth floor to create a shaft for a new six stop elevator. The work will require penetration through the existing wood framed shingle roof for an elevator penthouse. A 5' deep elevator pit and associated sump pit will be required at the basement level.
