Elementary School Improvements

The scope of work includes limited improvements to an existing wood framed elementary school building. Work includes, but is not limited to, modifications to an existing playshed, partial roofing replacement, athletic equipment, replacement of a gymnasium floor, window coverings, repairs to existing under-slab sanitary piping, repairs and improvements to existing toilet rooms and construction of handicap toilet facilities,and kitchen improvements.
