The National Association for Public Health Statistics and Information Systems (NAPHSIS) has released for your consideration an RFP for Partnership Services on the Electronic Verification of Vital Events (EVVE) System. This RFP solicits your participation in a competitive bid process, potentially yielding the opportunity for you to provide System Development/Enhancement, Maintenance and Hosting services (Systems Operations component) and/or a Marketing Services component for the NAPHSIS EVVE system. A supplier may choose to respond to both the System Operations component and the Marketing Services component, or one component and subcontract out the second component, or respond to only one component (either Systems Operations OR Marketing Services). There will be only one round of competitive bidding; therefore, your response to this RFP should be considered your final response.
