Electronic Vaulting Solution
The purpose of this RFP and any resulting contract award is to solicit proposals for an Electronic Vaulting Solution to back up data off of an IBM iSeries 520 for Disaster Recovery purposes. The electronic vaulting solution will provide a secure, server-to-server method of backing up 2 terabytes of data using a TCP/IP connection over the internet to an iSeries that is the same model number or higher at a secure data center. Should a disaster occur, this solution must be available within 10 hours of being notified. DPI must have the ability to use this solution as a backup/restore option for normal day-to-day business.
