Electronic Traffic Ticket (eTicket) System and Related Services
The objective of this RFP is the acquisition of a software solution and related hardware, implementation, and integration services to support the planning, deployment, and support of a statewide eTicket solution in Vermont. The Vermont Department of Public Safety is seeking proposals for the implementation of a statewide electronic traffic citation (hereinafter eTicket), traffic warning, and bias-free policing (racial profiling) system. The State will entertain bids from firms with commercial, off-the-shelf eTicket as well as from companies who propose to develop an eTicket product.
