The Government is seeking a vendor who is capable to coordinate, deliver and install all of the following efforts under one vehicle. Please include the applicable SIN classification for which these services are avaialable under your company/contract number.



Electronic Security Systems



Perform all work, provide products, systems integration, engineering, programming, testing, and design work required for the project in accordance with the contract documents in order to ensure complete and fully operational systems and proper installation of equipment. Provide calculations and analysis to support design and engineering decisions as specified in submittals. Provide and pay all labor, materials, and equipment, sales and gross receipts and other taxes. Secure and pay for plan check fees, permits, other fees, and licenses necessary for the execution of work as applicable for the project. Comply with codes, ordinances, regulations, and other legal requirements of public authorities, which bear on the performance of work.





Q-Video Station System Relocation Support Services



De-install, move, and re-install the Questionnaire Design Research Laboratory's Q-Video Station System within 14 calendar days. QDRL's Q-Video Station System will be moving from its present 6th floor location to its new suite located on the 5th floor of the same building. Q-Video Station System must function in its new suite on the 5th floor after installation as it did on the 6th floor prior to de-installation. A site visit is required to fully understand the scope of work. Existing wiring diagrams will be made available for reference during the site visit. We cannot certify that existing wiring diagrams are 100% correct. Contractor shall coordinate his work with the General Contractor currently engaged with the general build-out for 2nd thru 5th floors.




Network Equipment



Provide all products (Cisco and Aruba) and services required to ensure a fully operative system. Perform all work, coordination, systems integration, engineering design, and testing, and shall provide all products required in order to ensure a fully operative system and proper installation of equipment. System operability and proper installation shall be verified via completion of the Technical Implementation Plan.



Telecommunications (Structured Cabling)



Secure all necessary licenses, permits, inspections and final system acceptance from local authority having jurisdiction.



Provide all labor, material and equipment for a complete and functional system.



Provide new material and equipment that conforms to the applicable standards and listed for its intended purpose by a nationally recognized testing laboratory.
