Electronic Proposal System-to-System Development and Submission System
The University wishes to obtain a hosted solution for proposal development and submission that can be utilized by the majority of faculty investigators, assistants, collaborators, support personnel, subcontractors and electronic research administration (eRA) management, collectively known as the “User Group”, through standard browsers to simplify and streamline the proposal creation processes.
