The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to satisfy the State”s need to select a vendor for an Electronic Plans Solution. The State intends to purchase and put into operation an EPS that will provide applicants, architects, and contractors the ability to submit civil, engineering, and architectural drawing electronically and provide a method for State staff as well as outside agencies to review and manage submitted plans.
