Electronic Payment Card Services

Several agencies and programs in the states of Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming (collectively States or individually State) have formed a multi-state consortium (Consortium) for the purpose of procuring electronic banking services for the disbursement of various program funds via an electronic payment card (EPC). See Addendum F. Additional programs, agencies, and states may be added to the Consortium by unanimous consent of the States. See Paragraph 3.29. The States are requesting proposals from qualified financial institutions or vendors who are affiliated with financial institutions.
