The Commission is requesting proposals
from qualified Vendors to implement an electronic payment solution for the disbursement
of Unemployment Insurance (UI) benefit payments using an Electronic Access Card
(EAC) that is VISA or MasterCard branded.

The Commission will only accept proposals from vendors that offer the requested
service at no cost to the Agency.
