Electronic Medical Records Solution Consulting Services
The Illinois Department of Human Services is seeking a vendor to review and assess the clinical, administrative and financial business processes of the state hospitals operated by the Division of Mental Health and the State Developmental Centers operated by the Division of Developmental Disabilities as they relate to capturing this information in an electronic health record. The vendor will document those processes and develop a comprehensive set of recommendations for re-engineering those processes as a prelude to the procurement of an electronic health record solution (EMR) that will enable safe efficient and efficacious delivery of behavioral health care services to persons served by the State.
