Electronic Key Management System
The Office is seeking to establish a purchasing agreement with one or more companies that can provide an Electronic Key Management System
The preferred vendor's solution will include a cabinet in which to securely store up to 80 keys, hardware to access the locked cabinet, hardware to release the proper key to authorized user, emails to notify of unauthorized key removal, software to audit/log date, time, and user of events, keys removed, keys returned late or not at all, installation assistance, and support of hardware and software in the future.
