The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 3 NSNs with the FSC 5990 which are used on a multiple items for various Weapon Systems. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a three year base period is anticipated. The total duration shall not exceed 3 years. Small Business Size Standard is 1000. Solicitation will be Unrestricted. The solicitation will be available on July 25, 2014 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/
Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Origin is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered.
The Government is conducting a Low Price Technically Acceptable source selection in accordance with (IAW) FAR 15.101-2. All offers will be evaluated to determine technical acceptability. In addition to price, the Government will evaluate non-price factors in accordance with the evaluation criteria contained in the solicitation.
